How we think about capacity
The work should still work when we are gone.
A technically sophisticated solution is not useful if your organization cannot operate it. A governance framework does not help if no one has the authority to use it. A new system creates new problems if knowledge leaves with the consultant who built it.
That is why capacity is part of the work from the beginning.
